Cottage Cheese paneer – 100 gms Canned pineapple cubes – 4-5 cubes Oil – 2tbsp Cumin – 1/2 tsp Onion sliced- 1 medium Dried red chillies broken- 2 Green capsicum chopped – 1medium Broccoli- 7-8 florets (optional) Tomatoes – 2 medium Garlic cloves – 2-3 cloves Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Red chilli powder – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Lemon – ½ Corainder leaves to garnish [FONT="]Heat oil in a non stick pan. Cut paneer into big cubes. Add cumin seeds, onion, broken red chillies, capsicum, broccoli to the pan and saute. Cut tomatoes into big pieces, put into a mixer jar. Add garlic and grind. Add this to the pan. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix.Add pineapple, tomato strips, paneer cubes, salt, garam masala powder and juice of 1 lemon. Mix with a light hand. Tear some coriander leaves and add and toss.Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.[/FONT]
