Aaaahh so finally Lazzzyy Dinny decided to upload step by step instructions with pics to make the "5min chocolate cake" in a microwave oven(eggless) The ingredients Allpurpose flour- 1 1/2 cup, sugar- 1 cup, Milk- 1 cup, Cocoa powder - 3 Tablespoons, Baking powder- 1/2 teaspoon, baking soda -1/4 teaspoon, oil(of your choice) - 1 table spoon, lime juice - 1 tablespoon , vanilla essence- 1teaspoon Mix the powdered sugar and milk Sieve all purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda and baking powder. Now mix the sieved powders with milk.
Check the consistency of the batter.if it is hard to mix then do add a little more milk and mix it well. Add vanilla essence to the batter and mix it with the batter. Then add oil(i used olive oil you can use any oil of your choice) and mix it with the batter well.Oil gives the cake required shine. Now finally add lemon juice and mix it with the batter.The lemon juice reacts with baking soda to make the cake softer. Now pour it into a buttered microwave proof utensil.And dont forget to tap one or two times.This would level the cake and remove the trapped air.
Now put the utensil into your microwave for 5 mins on high power. Now to check if your cake is ready insert a toothpick in the cake,If it comes out clean then your cake is done. Now you cake has to be demoulded.For that insert a knife from your cutlery around the edges of the cake and then place a plate over it and invert it.The cake would slip out on to the plate. And the cake is ready to serve
