Found an easy method to make chocolates at home and thought of sharing,,,, Ingredients. 2 cups cocoa powder ¾ cup butter ½ cup sugar 2/3 cup milk ¼ cup powdered sugar 1 cup water Method: 1. Place the cocoa power and softened butter in a food processor and mix until it becomes a paste. 2. Place the chocolate mixture on top of the saucepan or double boiler, and bring the water to just simmering, over low heat. 3. Stir the paste, and add milk and sugar gradually. Mix well until the paste is smooth and creamy. 4. Put it in the fridge until the chocolates have set... Try this and go chocolaty at home....... HAPPY DIWALI.........
It would be better if we use food processor. Because, when i tried this, i used food processor and followed the same way and it came out well.
