Hi All.. Regularly we do only Dal with Bachali kura which is very healthy leafy vegee.. My Ammama recipe with Malabal spinach for U to try a different and tasty varaity.. Ingrediants: 1 bunch Malabar spinch 1/2 cup raw rice 4 dry red chillies 4 cloves of garlic Method: Soak 1/2 cup of raw rice in water for 1/2 hour, then grind them with red chille and Jeera as thin paste.. Temper oil, mustered seeds, add smashed garlic and then add cleanly choped Malabar Spinach.. Let it get cooked until the spinach became soft and smash that.. Add the grinded paste to it and slat for taste, dont let it become very thick.. If its getting thick add water.. It should be like gravy.. Boil that for 2 mnts and The dish is ready.. This will be very good with Rice & Dosa
Re: Got bored of doing only Dal with Malabar Spinach (Bachali Kura)?? Granee Recipe f For difference you can add green chilli along with Malabar Spinach while boiling, and avoid red chillies.. And after adding rice flore you can add milk to this.. It will be very nice with Rice
