I guess most of you know this.. I found this is very good for health, so I want to share this for the persons who dont know.. Ingrediants: AAlu - 5 Palak - One full Bunch Coriander Powder - 1 full spoon Chilli powder - 1 full spoon Green chillies - 2 sliced Dry coconut powder - 1 spoon (optional) Garam masala - half spoon Garlic cloves - 4 Preparation method: Boil and peal off the alu and smash them into peices temper mustered seeds, jeera, Curry Leaves and smashed Garlic coves. Add Cutted Palak and chillies to this and let it boil until it became soft.. Add smashed alu and mix them well ( you can use dum alu in place of this ) Add chilli, coriander, Garam masala and coconut powders to this.. It will be very good with both Rice and Chapati..
