By Inspiring By the Goodness of Radish in some other thread I'm posting this Recipe here.. Cut 3 Radish into Small Peices.. Temper Mustered seeds, Jeera, Black gram, Chana dal, Curry leaves Add 3 Dry Red chillies, 3 Sliced Green chillies.. Add 6 to 7 Garlic cloves and One Big Onion Sliced.. Add Radish peices, add salt and turmeric and close the pan with Lid.. Let it get cooked like half boiled.. so the smell of Rdaish will goes off.. Mean while soak a big lemon sized tamarind in water and take juce of it.. Let the fried content get cooled.. Grind the total fried content and tamarind juce.. The Radish chutny is ready.. It holds very good with Idly and Rice
Thanks for the first FB archana.. You will surely like it.. You can do few modificatins and try it 1> with only green chillies or with only dry red chillies 2> with a bit of corionder powder 3> with green tamarind..
