Ingredients: Karunai kilangu - 1/4 kg Tamarind paste - 1 tbsp Onion - 2 Red Chilly - 1 Turmeric Powder Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Jaggery - 1 tbsp Rice Flour - 1 tbsp Asafoetida Salt Curry Leaves Coriander Leaves Oil Method: 1.Take a pressure cooker put the karunai kilangu and cook it.After it get cooked remove the skin and mash it well. 2.Take a bowl add mashed karunai kilangu,turmeric powder,asafoetida,salt,jaggery,rice flour,tamarind paste and chilly powder. 3.Take a pan add the oil seson it with mustard,green chillies,curry leaves.Then add onion and fry it till golden color. 4.After done add the karunai kilangu mixture and stir till it done.If it more sticks on sides of pan add oil. 5.Finally garnish it with coriander leaves.Serve it with curd rice.
