Check out Banana Biscuit Ingredients 2 Ripe Bananas (Long) Around 2 cups Maida 1 Cup Sugar 2 Spoons Ghee 1 Spoon Cardomom powder Oil for Deep frying In a bown mash ripe bananas sugar in the form of syrup to this add ghee, cardomom powder. Later add maida and mix the batter as chapati dough. Knead the dough and cut into the desired shapes as required and fry in oil.... Yummy biscuits will be ready !!!!! When kneading let the texture not be too thin it should be little thicker...
good idea... i have done it like bonda... but this look is different , kids wud like, hope it has shelf life - one week
