    tender coconut pieces 1 cup
    tender coconut water 1 cup
    Milk 1 cup
    milkmaid 1 cup
    sugar -to taste
    Grind the coconut pieces and tender coconutin mixe grinder.Boil milk and sugar.now add paste and milk.switch off. Let it cool. keep in fridge and serve.

    I tired this receipe. Its really very nice. You can also cut the coconut pieces and put in the payasam instead of grinding.
