    Dear ILites,

I am posting a method which I tried and loved. I am not an authority on cooking, but I really love making a cup of cold coffee when I feel like it. There are no pictures, so please bear with me. :hide: maybe the next time I make it I will capture it on film. Here goes!

It is really simple. You will need:

    1. A glass of cold milk (you can increase the quantity depending on the number of people)
    2. Sugar to taste
    3. Coffee decoction or instant coffee powder
    4. Some vanilla essence
    5. A piece of chocolate/ a milk toffee
    6. An almond, neatly sliced into small bits
    7. Drinking chocolate (if you have it)

Pour the milk and sugar into the mixie, and run it once. This will grind the sugar, and mix it with the milk. Now pour the decoction in the mixie. drop the chocolate as well. if the chocolate is too hard and cold, you can melt it on the stove. Add a drop of vanilla essence. Toss in the almond slices. Now run the mixie again.

You will find a nice, frothy cold coffee. Pour this into a glass, and add half a teaspoon of Drinking Chocolate on top. Your cold coffee is ready! Sit back, relax, and enjoy your coffee!

Easy to make, and extemely yummy too. if you get bored of your regular hot filter kaapi, try this out, you will love it. :thumbsup

I just blend coffee powder, sugar, milk and ice cubes together, gives a yummy frothy cold coffee, very good for summer. :)

You can use cadbury's roast almond, that way the nuts are already there. you only have to put the chocolate in the mixie.
