Baby Potato Curry Baby Potato - 10-15 pieces Set Curd - 1 big cup Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tb spoon Chilli Powder - 2 spoons Coriander Powder -1 Spoon Jeera Powder - 1 Spoon Tomato Puree - 1 Cup Green Chillies Coriander Ghee / Butter Onion -2 nos Salt Sugar Boil the baby potatoes & peel the skin and keep the aside. Prick the potatoes using a tooth prick this allows them to observe the masala. In a pan add 2 spoons of butter add Mustard, Jeera, Finely chopped Onion, coriander, Green Chillies, Ginger and garlic paste. Fry until itz golden brown to this add all the above masala powder, Salt and pinch of sugar & tomato puree and fry them. To this add a cup of curd and keep frying until the oil leaves the pan. Later add boiled baby potatoes and cook them to get the consistency of gravy. If require add water. Serve this with Chapati or rice
