Banana Burfy Big Ripe Banana(Robusta) - 2 Nos Wheat Flour - 2 cups Ghee - 1/2 Cup Sugar - 2 Cups Fried Dry fruits Cardamom Powder Fry 2 cups of wheat flour with 2 spoons of ghee without any lumps in a pan until golden brown. In a mixer finely paste the ripe banana like smoothie. Fry the banana paste with sugar until the sugar is dissolved, to this add fried dry fruits, fried wheat flour, 2 spoons of ghee and keep frying them. Until you get the consistency like Mysore pak. Pour the mixture on a greased plate and cut it to desired shape. Banana or pineapple can be used ... I preferred banana it tastes great.. It won't be too hard as the burfy little soft !!!!!
