Basboussa is a sweet from Arabic. Search in the name of "Herisseh". It is a mixture of sooji and curd. I have tried it and posted it in IL. Here is the link: http://www.indusladies.com/forums/recipe-central/36316-virtual-feast-comments-407.html#post1578388 And it looks like this: http://www.indusladies.com/forums/r...ual-feast-only-photos-no-102.html#post1577630 I too have tried this coconut cake. it will be very yummy when hot. Use it so quick as it will form fungus because of coconut.
