Moong dal sweet balls !!!!!!!!!!!!

    100 grams of moong dal - soak 1 hour
    150 ml of milk
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    30 grams sugar
    25 grams of grated cheddar cheese
    oil for frying

    (mix well):
    100 grams of maida
    30 grams of rice flour
    100 grams of corn starch
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    200 ml ice water



    Soak and steam the moong dal for 30 minutes...
    Boil milk, salt, and sugar. Stir well. Add vanilla essence.
    Add cooked and mashed moong dal with the milk+sugar mixture. Cook until smooth. Add grated cheddar cheese. Stir well.
    3.Shape it into balls.
    4.Dip these balls into the maida+rice flour mix and Fry until cooked.
