hello friends, today i prepared a cake with butter on stove.it coked for almost 40 minutes.but after stove off it went down and inside it is not cooked properly. my measurements are eggs-3 maida-1 cup baking powder-1tsp sugar -1 cup essense- 3drops milk-1/4 cup butter=1 cup i beated the mixture with electric beater for nearly 15 minutes. what went wrong i really don't understand.but when i prepare cake without adding butter it will be nice and it will cook nicely from inside. can u guys help me
