coconut milk porridge

    prepare two cups of milk from scraps of a matured sweet coconut;
    add jaggery with a a small quantity of water and boil it; soon after jaggery is dissolved sift the water from stones and other impurities;
    now take the first cup of coconut milk ,boil it and add filtered jaggery water into it ;

    then after it had boiled for sometime add the second cup of coconut milk ;boilit for a while; take it from the oven after adding cardomam and cashew into it;

    it wiill be tasy if the coconut is thick and strong;


    even you can use raw rice broken into rava fasion and add to the above mentioned coconut milk

    this milk protects one from dry skin;
    it is nutritious;
    it enables to keep the skin and strands of hair glow and moisturised

    hi kesaven, good receipe. instead of broken raw rice, you can even add broken wheat. It also taste good.
