prepare two cups of milk from scraps of a matured sweet coconut; add jaggery with a a small quantity of water and boil it; soon after jaggery is dissolved sift the water from stones and other impurities; now take the first cup of coconut milk ,boil it and add filtered jaggery water into it ; then after it had boiled for sometime add the second cup of coconut milk ;boilit for a while; take it from the oven after adding cardomam and cashew into it; it wiill be tasy if the coconut is thick and strong; even you can use raw rice broken into rava fasion and add to the above mentioned coconut milk this milk protects one from dry skin; it is nutritious; it enables to keep the skin and strands of hair glow and moisturised
