Potato fried riceShared by Naliniar) 1.Cook rice keep aside 2.Take a kadai add oil 3.Add ginger garlic paste and fry 4.Add onions, green chillies and fry 5.Add small pieces of raw potato,add salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and fry for 5 min on low flame 6.Now potato will be cooked 7.Add rice and ,little pepper powder and fry for 2 min on lowflame 8.Add coriander leaves. Capsicumm Lemon Rice (Shared by Soniya Jaraika) it is a Instant recipe Ingredients: Oil Lemon-1 or 2 Channa Dhal- few mustard few Onion-1 medium size dried Red chilly- 3 to 5 Salt to taste Cooked rice Chopped Corainder leaves few Capsicumm-1 or 1(1/2)cup Procedure: Take a pan and Add oil put mustard,chopped Dried red chilly when it burst out add the dried channa dhal.Now add the onion and fry it till it change to mild color. In this stage add Chopped capscicumm.Fry lightly and add turmeric powder In this means time take lemon juice , add salt in it and keep it aside. When the capsicum semi cooked add half amount of lemon juice and corainder leaves in this fried stage. keep the half lemon juice aside. Off the Stove and mix the cooked white rice in this capcicumm lemon flavor. Chinese Veg Fried Rice Ingredients: Cooked Basmathi or ordinary Rice -1cup Veggies like carrot,beans)-1cup finely chopped in small size Capsicum -1/2 cup Soya sauce- 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce-1 teaspoon Pepper Salt Olive oil or normal oil-2 -3 teaspoon Finely chopped garlic Big Pink or white Onion-1 green chilly-1(optional) Chopped Spring onion-3 teaspoon Ajanameto salt- a pinch Procedure: Take a thick strong kadai add 2 teaspoon of oil,saute garlic when its half cooked add onion,green chilly Saute well and when its half cooked add chopped capsicumm and veggies one by one Add soya sauce,tomato sauce,Ajanameto salt,salt and pepper. if you add veggies then allow it to cook. When its half cooked off the stove and Mix the rice slowly without breaking the rice. You need some practise for it. Garnish with spring onion Then your Veg fried rice will be ready
Coconut Veg Fried Rice Ingredients: Coconut- 2 to 3 big slice Dried Red chilly -4 Channa Dhal- few Coconut oil and Gingely oil Capsicum,Beans,carrot,Beans chopped Soya sauce Salt Big Onion - 1 Black pepper powder or white pepper powder Cooked white rice Procedure: Grind the coconut wihtout adding water in dry condition not so powder and not so hard.Grind like a coconut flower. Keep it aside.Take a pan add Gingely oil and little bit coconut oil for flavor When its warm put Dried Red chilly when it fully fried thats its chilly flovor was absorbed in oil. Now add channa dhal fry little bit add onion fry well Then add Capciscumm fry for a while then add the vegetables that you have. Fry well and add soya sauce 2-4 drops for flavor which smells great. Then add pinch of salt and add pepper.Fry it well when all got mixed. Then add the Cooked rice into it add salt and pepper to ur taste and mix well Hence tasty Coconut fried Rice is ready to serve
Green Pea Aracha Masal Rice Ingredients 2 tsp urad dal 2 tsp chana dal 2 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 3-4 dried red chillies(if you want spicy means according to your level) 2 normal size coconut pieces Cooked Greenpeas -1 cup Onion Cardamon Cinnamon Cloves Curry leaves Groundnut-2 teaspoon ghee and oil Cashew nuts few Cooked rice -2cup Turmeric Powder Procedure: Fry the groundnut with 1 teaspoon of oil and allow it to cool. Powder it as dry in mixie and keep it aside Take a pan add little oil and then add urudhaal,channa dhal,red chilly,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,coconut pieces. Add it one by one and fry it in low or medium flame for 2mins. Then allow it to cool and powder it In this mean time cook the green peas. Take a thick strong pan add 1spoon of ghee,oil,Cardamon,Cinnamon,Cloves one by one. Now add the cashew nuts when it lightly give a flavor add onion,curry leaves,green peas,turmeric powder,little salt for green peas. when its was cooked well ,keep the flame low and mix the white rice and the masala powder with little salt for rice Then add the groundnut powder.Just mix well.close it for 30 seconds in low flame Finally off the stove and check the salt taste and when the rice lightly become cool means add little lemon juice Mix it well and close the lid for 2 minutes Papadam,white vadagam, onion vathal are best side dish for it Note: if you fry and keep the masala and groundnut powder means you can prepare whenever you want means
Tasty mango rice This recipe was shared by nalini. Here it is Cook rice and keep it aside take a kadai add little oil Add goundnuts,bengal gram dal,mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves,sesame seeds(ellu) Add green chillies and fry Add little turmeric powder,salt add grated mango and fry for 2 min till mango mixed with the garnishing.
