Hello All I made this chocolate cake yesterday and it was a super hit :thumbsup , My son loved it so much.. thought I will share the recepie here.. All Puropose flour- 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup Coco powder- 1/4 cup Baking soda- 3/4 tsp Baking powder- 1 1/2 tsp. Egg - 1 large Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup Vanilla essense - 1 tsp hot water 1/2 cup evaporated milk - 1/4 cup Just mix all the above ingredients together and blend for 5 minutes to make a smooth batter. Grease your cake tin with 1 tbsp butter and pour the batter( should not be more than half level of the dish) and bake for 1 hour in low temp and your cake is ready ... temp and time setting may vary according to the type of oven you use.
