Hi Friends, Here am sharing 2 simple and fast cooking recipes. If you know some thing like this please do share. Recipe 1: Raw Banana Fry: 1. Boil sliced raw banana just for 5 minutes. 2. In a Pan put little oil, add chilly powder and coriander (dhaniya) powder and salt, mix it thoroughly (keep your stove's flame slim). 3. Add boiled raw banana , stir well, till the paste sticks with all banana slices. to this for 2 minutes. Suitable to eat along with curd rice, sambar rice , rasam rice as side dish. (Instead of Rawbanana, try out with potato, soya, senai (or) karunai kilangu, etc..) Recipe 2: Tomatto chutney 1. Fry 2-tomatto medium sized, 5-peeled garlic, 4-red chilly (quantity is depends on which flavor) 2. Grind it. 3. Season it. Suitable to eat along with dosa, idly. Recipe 3: Bread Burji Need: Bread slice 2, Onion - 1, 4-curry leaves, red chilly powder, 1 egg, (mustard for seasoning). 1. Take pan, put oil, season with onion, mustard, curry leaves, red chili powder for 2 minutes 2. Put egg (optional) stir for 2 minutes 3. Add bread pieces and little salt. Stir for 2 minutes. Fastly we can prepare as break fast. Recipe 4: Dhal Side dish for idly, dosa and chappthi. 1. Boil Tur Dhal along with little oil and turmeric powder. 2. Add squeeze a Tomato in dhal, add Salt, red chili powder, coriander powder stir it. 3. Boil for 5 more minutes. (stir Often)

Recipe 5: Mushroom Pepper Gravy Need : Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil (0r) Refined Oil , Pepper powder , Salt 1. Take a Pan , pour enough oil 2. add onion (cut in very small pieces) fry till color change 3. add garlic (cut in very small pieces) fry for 2 to 3 minutes 4. add mushroom pices strir it. 5. add salt and pepper powder fry for 5 minutes. Very tasty . best with chappathies, chappthi roll, dosa stuff.
