I got this recipe from net....!!!!!!!! Tried it and it came out good !!!!!!!! lemon - 2 chilli powder - 3 table spoons Hing - 1 tsp Dry roast - fenugreek - 1 tsp (powder it) Dry roast - mustard seeds = 1 tsp (powder it) Salt gingelly oil Wash and cut lemon pieces (quarter) Remove seeds Add all ingredients except oil. Mix well. Add a little water. pressure cook for 3 whistles. Heat gingelly oil. Pour cooled oil over lemon pieces and mix well. Instant lemon pickle is ready !!!!!!!
