    Hi Friends
I used to make this pudding regularly. Mostly on sundays.
So I named it as Sunday Pudding. This pudding has many versions.
What I posted here is the version with ice creams. Hope you like it.

    Here is the method:

    Ingredients Needed:
    • Milk bikis (or any rectangle biscuits)
    • Sponge cake
    • Ice cream (Chocolate tastes good)
    • Chocolate chips
    • Chocolate Swirls
    Method:
    • Take a vessel, cake tray is better
    • Arrange the biscuits as lower layer
    • Above that put the ice cream and level it. (Sliced ice creams will be easy to place. You can use the ice cream in rectangle family packs)
    • For next layer, you can place the sponge cake. You can spray some sugar syrup if needed or if the cake is too dry. Better use fresh cakes
    • Above that again place the ice cream slices.
    • You can stop it here and start decorating the top layer or again repeat the layers given above
    Decoration:
    • Small biscuit pieces
    • Chocolate swirls
    • Chocolate chips
Keep it in the freezer for minimum one hour. Then cut it into peices and serve

Note: It will be very filling. So try to avoid it with lunch or dinner. Have it seperately

    Version 2:

Instead of making this pudding with single flavour, try with 2 or three flavours.

    Arrange sponge cake.
Then put strawberry flavour ice cream
    Again arrange sponge cake
    then put pista flavour
    Now Sponge cake
    Then trutty fruity ice cream
Press each layer well before placing the next layer
    Garnish with dry fruits,nuts
Refrigerate in freezer for 4 to 5 hrs

When you cut into slices, it will look and tastes like cassata slices

Arranging the layers tightly is important

    Version 3:
Instead of Icecream we can use, Custard and jellies along with sponge cake.

We can use different colour and different flavoured custard and jellies.

Arrange the layers and store in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. (Not in freezer)

Now you will get colourful pudding
