Ingredients: chepangilagi : 1 , sliced thin and broad for easy boiling clove : 1 sombu : 1/2 tsp patai : 1 turmeric powder : 1 tsp chilly powder : 1 tsp green chillis : 2 tomato : 1 onions : 2 coconut paste : 2 spoons oil Add 1 tsp turmeric powder to kilangu and boil it for sometime. In a pan,add oil and sombu,green chillis,clove,patai,tomato,onions one by one. Add the boiled ingredients.Add coconut paste and fry it well.
Keethi Instead of kadai,I use Non-stick pan,but not with coconut.Brown,crispy roast is ready with very lil oil. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
