Dry Fruits milk shake

    Ingredients

    Badam (microwave with water and peel the skin, no need to soak and wait
    Pista
    Cashew
    Dried grapes
    Elachi / Jaathikai
    Pannkarkandu (instead of sugar)
    condensed milk

    Grind and make fine paste and boil with milk and filter it....

    Esp for kids dont give without filtering

    An excellent milkshake....

    Almonds sometimes, can contain cyanide, which roasting removes. If eating raw, it is always best to soak overnight in plenty of water.

    thanks for the information bcos i am giving my baby a lot of raw almonds with out soaking...
