    Hi All,

    I Would like to give a simple recipes on Chicken, Guys request you to pour your ideas too.

    Pepper Chicken Shallow fry:

    Chicken - 250 g
    Onion - 2 no.
    Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
    Cornflour - 2 tsp
    Pepper - 1 tsp
    Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Presure cook chicken 1 whistle without water(add salt).
    In a pan pour 1tbsp oil, add onion and fry, when it is cooked 1/4th add Ginger Garlic paste,once it is fried add Chicken after all the water get absorbed add Pepper, chilli powder, cornflour.once it will become brownish color, looks crispy then swith off and garnish with coriander.

    Ceylon Chicken.

    Chicken - 1/4 Kg
    Onion - 2 no.(big size)
    Ginger Garlic paste - 2tsp
    Pepper - 2tsp
    Chicken masala powder - 1tsp
    Soya sauce - 1tsp
    Egg - 2 no.
    Salt to taste
    Oil

    Preparation method:
    Heat the oil.
    Put onion once it got fried add Ginger garlic paste and fry well.
    Add the chicken and fry until chicken is cooked. (sprinkle water if
    needed, however the chicken itself will produce water).
    Now add salt,pepper,chicken masala powder& Soya sauce.
    once all the masala cotted with chicken,
    beat the egg and add it with the chicken.
    Mix the egg well with the chicken, once the egg got cooked add coriander leave and garnish.
    Ceylon chicken is ready.

    Easy Chicken Recipes

    I learn't thanjur chicken kuzhambu in one of the TV show by chef dhamodhran.

    Thanjur chicken kuzhambu

    Ingrediants:
    Chicken - 1/2 Kg
    Onion - 3 nos.
    Tomato - 2no.
    Sesame oil - 2tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste - 3tsp.
    salt to taste
    Chicken masala powder - 3tsp
    Currry leaves
    Coriander leaves

    Roast with out oil and grind to paste:
    Coconut - 3tbsp
    Coriander powder - 1tsp
    Jeera - 2tsp
    Pepper - 1tsp
    Khus Khus - 1/2 tsp
    Fennal seeds - 1tsp
    Cinnamon, star, clove - 1no.
    (While roasting the cocunut will emit oil, this is the final stage of roasting).

    Preparation:
    Heat oil,add onion & curry leaves.
    Once onion is fried add ginger garlic paste.
    Then tomato, when this are half cooked add chicken.
    once the chicken color changed, now add the masala powder salt and grinded paste.
    add required amount of water, actually it looks like a kurma (bit thick).
    Once the chicken is completely cooked. Turn off.
    Garnish with coriander leaves.
