Low fat chocolate 2 cups cocoa 2 cups skimmed milk powder 1 /2 cup water 1 cup sugar nuts,orange peel,vanilla essence Melt the sugar in water on a slow fire. Take the mixture off and slowly stir in milk powder,cocoa ,add nuts ,orange peel and vanilla essence. Butter a tray and pour it to set. Dotted Hearts 125 gms butter 60 gms powdered sugar 200 gm flour and 1 tbsp vanilla essence Cream together sugar and butter,add vanilla essence and flour.knead into a dough.Roll out and make heart shaped cut outs.Indent the center and fill in with jam.Bake at 200.c until slightly browned about 8 to 10 minutes. Chocolate berries wash and dry whole straw berries .Melt a few squares of white and dark chocolate in the microwave in separate bowls .Spread grease proof paper on a tray,dip each berry into white chocolate first along one side then dark along the other ,layers will over lap at the tip.Place on the paper and refrigerate to firm. Fruit kebabs-1 1/2 cup assorted fruits like strawberries,kiwi,pineapple,mangoes,peach,apricots,melon,1cup condensed milk ,1tsp dry ginger ,1/2 cup fruit juice of your choice,1tbsp of pudina leaves or shredded coconut or diary milk nutties. Skewer fruit on a skewer and paste with fruit juice to prevent browning.Mix condensed milk with ginger and juice.Pour into a deep flat round container and microwave medium for 4 minutes,stir and then microwave low for 12 minutes whisking every 2 minutes until golden brown.Stir in garnishes and let it stand 4 minutes before serving.
