hi friends good morning to all.how are you. yesterday i had adai.tasted after a long time.adai with moongudhaal chow chow kootu and sugar today morning i had chapathi with brinjal drumstick sambar, soya beans fry and red chilly onion chutney so what menus in your house today
ILovetulips and Soniya Cabbage curry Cut cabbage very small pieces 1) Fry mustard seeds and curry leaves , Black garm (Urad Dhal) 2) Add cabbage into that and fry well. 3) Add salt for taste 4) After 2min add chilli Powder (kolambu podi ku soniya correct word enna?) Or You can add green chillies for spicy instead of chilli Powder (kolambu podi) 5) Fry well... like crispy Thats all.... If you try this please let me know. :thumbsup
Hi Swarna, Thanks for the recipe. Sounds like a tasty one. Will try and let you know. I prepared oats udly yesterday. It didnt turn good as I expected it to be. Then I prepared dosa using the same batter, and it was very nice. If you search in google 'Oats rava idly' you will get recipe. I wanted to use samba rava (wheat rava), but I dont get it here. So I used white rava. It was very fine. I think that might be the reason for the disappointed idly.. I prepared Coriander chutney and Tomato-chilli chutney for side dish. I prepared Aubergine curry today. I am quite tired today from all the cleaning and packing (shifting house next week). So I am planning to treat myself with a nice spicy delicious tomato Rasam, Potato fry and some papad... <I am drooling as I type this... > ILT
