hi mithy dear ok ok i understand. kadalai paruppu sambar half cooked kadalai paruppu- 1cup fully cooked toor dhal- half cup slitted green chilly -3 ginger-1teaspoon chopped tomato-1cup mustard,curry leaves-1 teaspoon each asafoetida-1 teaspoon. preparation. half grind the kadalai paruppu thats nara naranu. Then take a kadai add oil,mustard,curry leaves,onion fry for 1minute add green chilly,ginger,asafoetida and add tomato with little salt. when it fried well add the both dhals and put SAMBAR powder,turmeric powder,chilly powder,salt with required water. when it becomes thick and tasty with spicy then add coriander leaves and off the stove. Then your tasty kadalai paruppu SAMBAR will be ready. note:toor dhal is optional one

Hey Soniya, Thats very kind of you to reply patiently to me. Yes I agree with you 100%. I am going for Acupuncture for last 2 months and the therapist suggested that losing rice and chappathi for 2 months will really make good difference in PCOS... I have to obey her words, because Acupuncture is costly... ... But still I sneak rice (after draining the starch) every now and then when I make spicy curries .. Your oats dishes list is very good. I know we can make dosa, but not kichadi or upma... I will try them... It would be good addition to my meals.. Ok coming to my meals, I had oats with milk for breakfast, then Chenna with Brown bread for lunch. Haven't planned for dinner yet...
