    I made kathirikai masala for dosai yesterday. we liked it very much and it got over in a day.

    steps to make kathirikai masala curry/brinjal masala curry.

    1) Slit brinjal in longitudinal way.
    2) Mix brinjal with tamarind water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and bring them to boil.
    3) In another pan, fry dania, red chilli, coconut, kadalai parupu, onion and grind them into fine paste.
    4) Add the ground mixture to the tamarind water and mix well. Add salt to taste. Once the mixture thickens, turn off the gas.

    other than brinjal what vegetables can we use it.one doubt in tamarind water will it take more time to cook.

    will you say how much brinjals,how much amount of other ingredients needed.pleas share dear i am eagerly waiting to try your recipe

    yesterday i had dosa with spicy kadalai paruppu sambar

    today i had dosa with radish sambar,spicy tomato chutney with Capsicum fry

    Ore doubt pa. konjam oil pottu fry pandrathukkum, Poori maathiri, oil la pottu fry pandrathukkum enne difference??
