Hello Friends, Here I post the Oil free Yellow Peas subji.... Goes well with Roti, Kulcha,Poori and Bread.. Ingredients: Yellow Peas (muttor) (dry)---2 cups Onion - 1 Tomato -1 Lemon Juice - 1 Spoon or as per taste. Turmeric Powder -1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 Ginger - 1 small piece Salt - as per taste Jeera Powder - 2 tsp Ghee (optional) - 1 tsp Coriander - as required Pressure cook Yellow Peas by adding salt and turmeric powder..(you can even soak overnite or soak in hot water for 1/2 hour). Add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger into the boiled peas. Now add Jeera Powder (you can just fry jeera without oil in a pan and make powder) and Lemon Juice. Finally add coriander and Ghee if required. Mix well and serve HOT !!!. Note: No need to fry onion or tomato.... This is very easy to prepare and delicious too.
