    HI friends have you ever tasted fish bajji .here i give the preparation method.

    cut fish into very thin strips without bone and marinate with chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt to taste and a few drops of lemon juice.mix besan flour with salt,jeera powder,chilli powder and make a thick batter.dip marinated fish in the batter and place the fish on the flat tawa kept on the stove.to avoid deep fry sprinkle oil over the fish.then turn the fish and sprinkle oil over it till it's cooked..you can cut the fish into round strips or long strips .name the dish as bajji or bakora.
