Ideas for left overs

    Puree over ripe fruit and mix with corn flour ,atta and rice ,for 2 bananas a total cup of 3/4 cup of mixed flour is enough ,powdered sugar or honey,egg and enough milk to make a batter.Add a spoon of baking powder if you like.Heat a non stick pan,take off fire,melt butter and gently roll out pancakes with a ladle like dosa .Serve with fresh cream or chocolate sauce.
    When jam gets over pour in hot milk ,add some real fruit to create a thicker milkshake.
    Use all left over cooked sabji to go with pav .
    Left over sabji also does well with toast with a drizzle of cheese .You can microwave or grill it.F\
    Finger frankies can be made with some rotis,left over sabjis ,chutney and some salad.
    Dal cheela can be prepared with left over dal.Mix one cup of dhal with 2 tbsps of semolina and chopped onion chopped tomato dhania leaves,green chillies,salt and garam masala.Spread like dosa.
    Malpau can be made with left over rice kheer.Blend one cup of kheer.Add 2 cups of maida,1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup of milk.Keep aside for 2 hours.Mix well.I t should be of flowing consistency.Addy any dry fruits and nuts.
    Pour one ladle of batter in a frying pan .If the malpua is not spreading properly add some maida.When half cooked ,pierce some holes.Cook till it becomes reddish brown.Serve hot with icecream or rabri.
    You can make vegetable cutlet with left over vegetables.
    Mix one cup cooked rice ,with 1/2 cup vegetables ,salt chilli powder to taste,1/2 tsp chaat masala ,and 1/2 tsp of arrow root powder.Shae into cutlets and deep fry in hot oil.
    You can make vegetable rice rolls with left over vegetables,i cup of curds,2tbsp of milk ,juice of 1 lemon, 2 cups of rice batter,salt,red chilli powder .Mix dahi,rice batter,add salt and chilli powder.Mix milk as well.Saute the vegetables in a spoon of butter.Add lemon juice,and salt.Make thin pancakesPut the filling.Roll up.Serve.
