This is one the easiest dessert I have ever tried.Actually you need not do anything for it but eat :):)
    You will need:
    2 transparent long glasses
    strawberry flavoured jelly crystals
Vanilla or any flavour of ur choice other than Strawberry custard powder.
Chocolate ice cream or pista ice cream.
    Britannia cakes
fruits( I used bananas and apples)

    For the jelly :

Boil 2 cups of water. take a bowl and put the jelly crystals in it. now add the hot boiled water to it and stir well till all the jelly crystals are dissolved.
Now fill this liquid in the glass (level of the liquid in the glass should be less than half of the glass) Refrigrate it and let it set.(Some brands of jelly crystals will not require refgeration)

    For the custard:
Take half a lite milk packet and keep about 40 ml of it aside. Boil the remaining milk. Now empty the custard powder in a container and the 40 ml of milk and make a paste out it.
Once the milk on stove is boiled and raises , add the paste to the milk and keep stirring. It ll thicken in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Add the bananas and apple that are cut.
Mix it well and Keep it aside till it cools down.

Now take the glass that has the jelly in it, check if the jelly is set(shake the glass slightly to see if its still in liquid state, if its still in liquid state keep it in the fridge for some more time) Once the jelly is set, keep a slice of cake over it and carefully add the custard over it till it covers a little more than half the glass. Add one more cake piece over the custard and then top it with ice cream. the main aim of the trifle is that it should be colourful, so make sure u choose contrasting colours. serve it cold aftre a fantastic dinner:cheers
You can also add chocolate sauce around the glass to make it look better.

    Bakefree Lime Cheesecake preparation

The Indian taste bud has evolved tremendously. Thanks to our global exposure and the new age calorie conscious concerns. International desserts have found a special place in our palette. Among them are cheesecakes from UK and USA which essentially consist of a soft topping of freshly prepared cheese or home made paneer (exclusively for weight watchers) on a base made from biscuits, pastry or sponge cake. They have their own style depending on the place of origin. To give you an example is the classic difference between New York cheesecakes which relies on heavy cream whereas its Philadelphia counterpart is much lighter in texture yet richer in flavour than the former. The options are plenty and the scope for adding your own special touch is immense.

The best part is that these cheesecakes can be easily stored and frozen for later use. So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and try this Karen Anand's recipe of Philadelphia styled Cheesecake which is super friendly to prepare and requires minimum fuss.

    125 ml/ 1/2 cup Cream

In a bowl, melt butter for the base and stir in biscuit crumbs. Mix well and press into cake tin or flan ring.

For the filling, mix cottage cheese or paneer, hung curd and cream in a mixer.

Cream egg yolks and sugar together and mix into cheese mixture. Stir dissolved gelatin into cheese mixture.

Whisk egg whites till stiff peaks form and fold into cheese mixture along with lime rind.

Spoon filling into cake tin or flan ring and smoothen the top with a knife.

Place it in the refrigerator to set for about 2 hours.
