Hi Friends, I would really appreciate some easy to make recipes with germinated wheat bran. Here's the story: We use Bagry's Muesli for breakfast - and over a period of three months, those guys gave away a pack of wheat bran with every Muesli pack. So I've got three sealed packs (of 400 grams each) - with no idea what to do with them. Of course, they say sprinkle it on everything we eat - but you know how discriminating the tongue is :-D It wants it in a tasty form and not in the tasteless form the original bran is in. I do add half a cup of it to the wheat flour while making "rotis" but at that rate, I'll take forever to finish it. Awaiting your suggestions! Thanks in advance
