ROAST 1/2 tbsp MUSTARD AND CORIANDER SEEDS AND POWDERTHEM FINELY. HEAT THE OIL, ADD GINGER AND ALL VEGETABLES EXCEPT BITTER GOURD AND FRY FOR 5 MINUTES.ADD THE MUSTARD PASTE AND SALT TO VEGETABLES AND STEAM THEM. ADD MILK,SUGAR,MUSTARD AND CORIANDER POWDER.FRY THE BITTER GOURD PIECES AND ADD TO THE MASALA.ADD GHEE AND STIR WELL.
