hi friends, here i'm giving you some recipes to add oats in our daily foods like dosa,uppma ,idli.... I know it's very hard to eat oats kaji daily for breakfast. 1.oats dosa: oats rice flour or dosa batter curd(if you r using rice flour) rava(can use broken wheat) onion chopped green chilli chopped curry leaves chopped oil salt method: fry oats in kadai for about 3 mins power it like rava... add all the ingredients. make dosa. tips: 1.do't make oats like a fine powder.do't add curd if you a using dosa batter. 2.if you have a sour dosa batter ..it is best idea to make it much healthy. 3.you can veggies into for kids who hates eating veggies.
ragi adai: we knows how to make adai..in it reduce the rice quantity into half and add ragi powder instead of that..you will get a dark brownish red adai but the taset will be same.

ragi idiyappam: ingredients: ragi 1 cup water 2 cups oil 1 tsp salt method: boil water.add salt and ragi powder.mix it well .switch off the stove after the dough become thick.add 1 tsp oil and knead it like chappati dough.then make idiyappam.sugar and gratted coconut goes well with this: tips: 1.make the dough tightly.if it is sticky then the final product will be sticky. 2.first it will come light sticky only.do't lose heart.wait for 5 min after cooling you will get good idiyappam.
ragi puttu: with puttu maker you can make with coconut. otherwise put ragi(ragi+salt+water)puttu powder into a cloth tie the cloth steam it. serve with sugar and coconut. for kids add melted ghee on it.simple and healthy ragi puttu ready.

oats ragi idli ingredients: ragi powder 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup rawa 1/2 cup soda little salt mustured oil channna dal curry leaves green chilli method: 1.make seasoning with oil mustard curry leaved channa dal. 2.add rest of the ingredients in it. 3.add wate to make idli batter consistency . 4.keep it for 10 mins. 5.make idli and serve hot. tips: 1.serve hot bcoz food made with ragi will get hard quickly. 2.you can add curd to it instead of soda...(like rava idly).
ragi idli 2: 1.you can make like rice idli instead of rice you can add oats idli. 2.or put half the quantity rice and half oats.
