avocado and condensed milk ice cream and sweet avo soup

Just as the title suggests!
You'll need;
an avocado,
half a tin of condensed milk,
some ice (or ice cream, or cream, if you are having a real treat)

Blend all ingredients together until a medium consistency is met. Add more avo to make it thicker and more liquid for thinner.


serve as an avocado sweet soup for dessert
or place in small ramakins in the freezer for a few hours. Then, serve as ice cream/sorbet.
