Ingredients: 1 bunch corriander leaves 3 cup curd 3cups tomato juice 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice 1/2tablespoon salt 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder. Perparation: Wash the green herb and reserve a few whole leaves for garnish. Put all the indredients except the reserved garnish into the blender and give it a whirl.taste, and adjust seasoning.thin down with a little cold water or milk if it seems too thick.chill. Pour out into individual bowls and garnish with the reserved leaves.
Thanks for sharing It is a wonderful idea and I will serve this cold soup to my family on friday morning at 11am. Usually i give them mango juice or coconut water. This is a different receipe and try this one on coming friday. Friday and Saturday is our weekend in UAE
