Let me add my Second recipe!

    Banana Fries

    Materials
    1. Sliced Banana
    2. Ghee
    3. Iron box

    Preparation
Frying the sliced banana in ghee on heated Iron box. (Actually this was my mother's preparation for our evening snack, but she use to saute in fry pan with less fat)

This is an ideal evening snack for kids.
