Dear VSHarma,
the ohp sheet is available mostly all stationery shops.
Just draw a kolam according to your taste in an white paper. Keep it underneath the ohp sheet. Just paste kundans over it. Remoce the white sheet after finising. Over.
Come on showcause your idea here. waiting.
