    Hi kolam lovers circle,

can anybody [ exclude the great ravivarma here ] draw a perfect circle with out any external tool ??

THE FOLLWING TOOLS ARE HELPFUL to draw perfect circles in rangoli .

    1. a chalk piece tied with a thick thread , ideal for drawing bigger ones.

2.thambala thattu & plates in various sizes

    3. an onion , yes an onion [ can you guess & tell me how ?? will tell after seeing your response .

    4. meti frame rings

    5. ofcourse bangles

6.shall we include CD s in the list ?

what are all your ideas ??? please pour in .

    Sublakshmi & pavi ,

thanks for your valuable comments. :)

will share the method soon .... its easy & quicky also. no need to cut it & shed tears ..... it is used as it is. clue sufficient ???

another tool that can be used is a FUNNEL. we can draw the outline with a chalk & then redo it with the powder.
