Money is correlated to Goddess Lakshmi..So those days restricted transaction of money on fridays ..since they thought Goddess Lakshmi herself moving out of the house...

generally it is done to avoid unnecessary purchases but there is nothing wrong if you try to help someone or save someone with that money..

    This is my opinion :hiya

It is only a belief that lending money on Friday means giving away Goddess Lakshmi. So usually lending of money in any manner is not done on Fridays by people who believe this.

Not true, last so many years I have paid or given money on Fridays, but my reserves continue to grow. Dos and Don'ts are created by religious perverts.Trust and love God, than whatever you do with purity becomes yoga.

    It is just not true.

This is called the post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy.

    hi manju,

in my house lending of money or lending anything after 5.30 p.m on anyday is restricted
that is the time we light the lamp in the house and invite godess lakshmi to the house, it is not just friday, also it is not just money even the culture for the curd should not be given, even throwing the garbage should not be done, donation of clothes should also be avoided during that time. i too follow that. what ever our elders had laid as rules is all for our good. simply follow and it will fetch good results.

    Dear SISTER,

I have also been giving and taking we are fine by The ALMIGHTY's grace.

It is all one's feelings, so stay cool, dont correlate that to this.

Lord will not give health hazards just because you given your maid money on FRIDAY, May the Almighty bless you and help you te recover soon.

    CHEERS :clap :clap
