    Is there a temple where Shiva is in the linga form with Shakthi Idol next to it and with Nandi too?

    I found this on Google. This is Datta Paduka temple. And it is in Andhra Pradesh (now I don't know after partition)

    I am not sure I have heard that it is there in parvathamalai. It is only hear say . Have seen lingAm and ambal together in the same shrine at very few temples.

    Yes in Draksharamam in East Godavari District in Andhra pradesh....

    Also in Yaganti near Kurnool in Andhra....Shiva and parvathy form can be seen in Lingam itself......They are in Uma Maheswara form....Photo below
