    Greetings all,

Reading many of the scriptures, articles and in the process of continued learning... a couple of questions has put me to think beyond our present ideologies and seek knowledge.

We all have learnt that God is the creator of the "universe" and the "universe" is expanding then,

    1) Why do all our scriptures, teachings and the many learning's have taught us about God's presence only on earth?

    2) We have learnt that God is omnipresent then why do not any of the scriptures known till date give reverence to the greatness about the omnipresence other than presence on earth?

Looking forward if any of you can enlighten my thoughts.

    Respects all,

The Big Bang created the Universe. Did God create the Big Bang? Moot point.

Hinduism at least does not limit the concept God to the earth alone. In fact Hinduism is almost atheistic accepting only a Universal Consciousness (Brahman) with all material universe being just manifestations of this consciousness.

With great reverence to consciousness and your being on this material world (no offense here) is indeed manifestation and not just universal consciousness.

Likewise there would be manifestations of the omnipresence and their greatness perhaps on other galaxies.. just looking to seek why our present ideologies do not have those references?
