Default How to keep fit

Good health and fitness are interrelated. When a person is fit, then that person is considered healthy; and if a person is healthy, his or her fitness level naturally goes up.

Is fitness anytime possible? Well, of course it is; just look on the positive and bright things in life. You will surely improve your life, look fresher, don't fear any form of infection, and no worries if your car broke down; at least you get to walk an extra few blocks before reaching your home.
Think of every situation as an opportunity to stay fit and this is the key to fitness anytime. You can make the most out of your independence, have peace of mind, and you're quite confident that you can handle everything.

Please do add some of your Ideas too...

Which do you like more, French Frise or cabbage? Which type of food you eat will make a difference if you want to keep fit. If you eat more carbohydrates and protein, your body will be very pleased. But if you eat many fat and very little protein, your body will, once again, break down muscles. So note well what you eat.

All these actually make the problem worse, you'll never become fit only by eat less. So in addition to your diet, you should also pay attention to what exercise you should do.

The forum is indeed very informative. Does anyone have something to share?

I have heard a lot about people talking about exercise and eating whole foods and fruits, but as the day gets started with lots of Buzz in the head about the whole day. Just a sip of coffee is what is manageable before going to the office. To keep fit should be once practice. doesent really come through abrupt starting.

Some tips which helps me maintain my exercise times are.

1. Using the steps rather than lifts.
2. drinking lots of water.
3. going for a walk after every meal.

This helps utilize the time in an efficient.

Does anyone share same ideas as mine?

Those are nice tips and I am glad that you have left some more place for me to add my ideas.

1 Exercise, and at the very least, just walk.
2 Sleep earlier.
3 Consider vitamin supplementation.
4 Think twice about joining weight loss programs.
5 Eat more vegetables, cut down on red meat, caffeine, sugar and salt.
6 Never skip breakfast.
7 Never eat an incomplete meal.
8 Don’t let yourself go hungry.
9 Don’t stress out.
10 Wash your hands often.
11 Toss the vices.
12 Visit your doctor for annual tests.

These are very easy tips and always works out..
