Which do you like more, French Frise or cabbage? Which type of food you eat will make a difference if you want to keep fit. If you eat more carbohydrates and protein, your body will be very pleased. But if you eat many fat and very little protein, your body will, once again, break down muscles. So note well what you eat.
All these actually make the problem worse, you'll never become fit only by eat less. So in addition to your diet, you should also pay attention to what exercise you should do.
The forum is indeed very informative. Does anyone have something to share?
