    Hi,

Rawa/Sooji Dhokla is prepared in a similar fashion like basan dhokla...

All you need to do is roast sooji first and then let it cool for a few mins, then mix it with curd and let it stay for say 30-45 mins....

When putting it in steamer , just add salt, sugar and eno or baking soda which ever you use in your kitchen....

For garnishing, prepare a similar masala with chillies, heeng powder, curry leaves and sarso seeds and serve hot :)
