i have been gymming for long now...with long breaks ...it's like when i realize that i have put on a lot of weight and going further will mean wasting more dresses....i start gymming :)
started my first gym in bangluru....and then in germany...then for sometime in mohali...sometime in UK...i almost lost 10kgs in UK and looked my best .....and now i have started gymming in pune after i realized that i have regained those lost 10 kgs
earlier i used to go to solaris..then joined endurance...and now i am comfortably doing the workout in the colony gym
anyone goes to Abs for her?
i wanted to learn some freehand exercises...and some weight based ones for toning the arms....
any tips anyone?...how do u feel about gymming....?
anyone practising power yoga...how is different what the yoga they show on the TV?
i have been gyming for a long time i basically need to loose a 3 kilos just been putting on, but i do train twice a week i have a personal trainer, i do step aerobic 2 days and one day i rest.
of lately i have become lazy and now i really need to pull up my socks and get serious again.

I used to visit gym,but since was alone got bored...now I have switched to Yoga and does it about 45minutes a day with 15minutes of suryanamaskar.I also have heard of "abs for her" ,if you get any good fbs about it please let me also know

I heard that drinking lemon juice in warm water with honey will work for reducing weight easily.Any idea about this?
I also go to gym every alternate day.

you never gain weight by leaving the gym, do aerobics at the gym and do light body tonining exercises it will help a lot, ihave been a regular at the gym for many years and do stop in between due to travelling, i have never regained weight i also look after my diet.
in gym you will do aerobics for an hour and it would really sweat you out.

lemon juice does help in reducing weight and you going to the gym every alternate day is good, you are at least making your bones strong and becoming fit.
i am allergic to lemon so i have honey and cinnamon with warm water.
