Real estate in Pune

Hi friends. We have been looking for an apartment in Pune for long time. Recently I came to know from one of my friends that there is a residential real estate project going on near Cognizant Technology Solutions, Pune office . The project is going be completed sometime between november and december as she said.She bought a new flat there recently as there are only 2/3 flats available for sale or may be surrendered/canceled(not sure) and she bought one of such1500 sqare feet/ 3 bedroom flats for 45 lacs (ithey said the prices are cut down because of recession)there.She also said there are 2 more available in 7th and 8th floor and the booking advance is 1 lac.She is basically from Pune and knows that place very well.As I told her that we are also looking for such a project closed to CTS office and if she can give me the location details or reator's name, she said she can't remember.I checked with her several times , but she avoids to leak out any more information.I will be greatful if any of my IL friends can give me the details like what projects are going near cognizant office , what is the current status and prices or if you know the contact info or link to the builders website.
This is really urgent for us.

Hi Richa, is the cognizant office in Hingewadi, then the areas around are Aundh, Baner, Wakad etc.

Were to able to select any scheme?

I am working with Cognizant in Hinjewadi. The scheme that's coming just next to our office is a project called Blue Ridge by Pananjpe schemes(i guess). You may find more details if you google it.

The other schemes that opened in the area sometime back was Megapolis.

There are some very good schemes around hinjewadi. Go for areas like Baner, Balewadi as there is a good potential for price appreciation and these are nice localities too.

I have shifted to Baner around a month back and the flat is simply superb although we paid a hefty price for it.

We have bought one flat in Aundh Annexe and we will be getting the keys in mid of september. I am looking for some good tenant who can sign one year lease and take good care of the flat. the flat is on high floor with 2 bedrooms and its very spacious.
