This is meenu ........well my husband is being posted in pune
wanted someone who live in kalyani nagar and can tell us about rental 2 bedroom flat with reasonable rate.
I have heard that flat rate are high in this area.............
Well any information about nearby area where flat with less rate is welcome

Viman nagar and shastrinagar are comparatively lower in rentals than Kalyani nagar.

Hi Meenu, I also stay near Kalyani nagar. if u look for house at a distance of 3-5 kms from KN u will get 2bhk for 8-9k. rates in kalyani nagar r very high.
