Required Doctor consultation charges..in pune

hi ,
i am new to pune , married and i have one child(male).
i heard good about Aditya Birla Hospital.
now i want to know What are the Doctors consultation fees for Gynocologist and child speciallist and others also.?

do we need appointment before visit the doctor?
if so , how ?
