pune - achar(pickle)recipe

hai punites,
I'm here in pune for 18 months. whenever a goes to hotels in pune. i used to see one kind of achar(pickle) in the centre of the table. i've seen its varities like mango, mango& lemon, mixed vegetables etc..if anybody knows its recipe please reply me..i love that achar verymuch. what i'm asking achar recipe is not added with sugar. i dont like sweetened achars..
